If you own a 2022 Grand Design Imagine, Reflection, Momentum, Solitude or Transcend, your RV may be affected by NHTSA Safety Recall 24V-861 involving certain propane (LP) quick-disconnect fittings.

Important: This Recall Supersedes Recall 22V-308
Grand Design states that Recall 24V-861 supersedes the previous Recall 22V-308 issued in May 2022.
If you already had Recall 22V-308 completed, you still need to have Recall 24V-861 performed if your RV is included in the new recall.
What Is the Problem?
On certain 2022 Grand Design RVs, the quick-disconnect fittings used in the propane (LP) gas system may be defective.
The affected fittings may crack and leak propane gas, which could increase the risk of a fire or explosion.
Because this involves the RV’s propane system, owners should take the recall seriously and have affected components corrected according to Grand Design’s recall procedure.

The recall includes select 2022 models manufactured between July 6, 2021 and April 21, 2022, including:
- Grand Design Imagine
- Grand Design Imagine XLS
- Grand Design Reflection
- Grand Design Reflection TT/150 Series
- Grand Design Momentum
- Grand Design Solitude
- Grand Design Transcend
- Grand Design Transcend XPLOR
