RV Maintenance
Having your Outdoors RV repairs, services and maintenance maintained routinely can mean the difference between an RV adventure and an RV fiasco.
What sets our repair shop aside from a dealership is we are not here to sell you a new one, we are here to fix and maintain what you have.
Manufacturer Warranty Assistance — Outdoors RV
California RV Specialists is pleased to provide limited manufacturer warranty assistance for Outdoors RV owners.
As an independent RV repair facility, our warranty program is primarily focused on specific repairs that fit within the capabilities and size of our operation, including manufacturer recalls and campaigns, frame and structural repairs, and other select warranty items.
New RV & Shakedown Warranty Repairs
If you recently purchased a new Outdoors RV and are working through the normal shakedown period or have an extensive list of initial warranty concerns, we recommend contacting your selling dealership or another local Outdoors RV dealership for assistance.
New RVs can sometimes require numerous adjustments, inspections, parts requests, manufacturer authorizations, and follow-up visits during the early stages of ownership. California RV Specialists does not currently have the internal warranty staff or manpower necessary to manage large lists of new-unit warranty concerns or serve as a replacement for a full-service Outdoors RV dealership.
Where We Can Help
Our smaller, independent shop is better suited to assisting Outdoors RV owners with select warranty repairs, particularly:
- Manufacturer recalls and campaigns
- Frame and structural repairs
- Suspension-related concerns
- Specific technical repairs
- Minor individual warranty items
- Repairs specifically referred or authorized by Outdoors RV
When we accept an eligible warranty repair, California RV Specialists can work with Outdoors RV to obtain authorization, document the repair, submit the required information, and complete approved work in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty procedures.
Please remember that all manufacturer warranty repairs are subject to Outdoors RV’s approval, authorization, warranty coverage, and policies.
