Available for Hire – On-Site Factory Consultations & Production Review
By: Dustin Simpson – RV Expert Witness | Technical RV Specialist
RV manufacturing continues to evolve — more electronics, more systems integration, more complex materials and more structural flex and load issues than ever before. Small decisions made on the production line today can become extremely costly warranty failures, legal disputes, and consumer quality complaints 2–5 years from now.
A fresh set of experienced eyes from outside the factory process often identifies things internal teams cannot see because they are too close to the daily routine.
Why Bring In an Independent 3rd Party Evaluation
- Identify efficiency improvements
- Catch future failure trends before problem cycles begin
- Reduce long-term warranty exposure
- Minimize product liability concerns
- Strengthen engineering and service department alignment
- Improve build consistency and real-world durability
With over 25 years in the RV industry, Dustin Simpson is available for on-site manufacturing plant walk-throughs, production analysis, and process review. Dustin has worked multiple sides of the industry: RV Technician (shop & mobile), Warranty Administrator, Parts Manager, Service Manager, Instructor/Trainer, Brand Ambassador, Business Owner and Expert Witness.
These combined perspectives allow him to see failure patterns, consumer usage behavior, warranty stress points, design vulnerabilities, and assembly shortcuts early — long before they surface in the field and damage brand reputation.
This service helps prevent warranty claims before they ever happen.

What This Service Includes
- On-site walk through of RV production operations
- Observation of assembly practices, design choices, product integration and component use
- Review of material usage, sealing practices, wiring layout, frame transitions, support systems and vendor component integration
- Detailed written report with improvement recommendations (when necessary)
- Identification of efficiency improvements and failure-risk reduction strategies
- Confidential feedback & findings — not shared outside your organization
Most manufacturers who have invited Dustin into their facilities annually have used these visits to evaluate design concerns, validate improvements, reduce warranty exposure, and improve long-term build quality.
