Helping RV Manufacturers Build Better Products
California RV Specialists provides independent consulting services for RV manufacturers, OEM suppliers, engineering teams, quality assurance departments, and executive leadership seeking practical, real-world insight into product quality, manufacturing consistency, serviceability, warranty trends, and long-term product performance.
Unlike consultants who evaluate products only during the design or manufacturing process, California RV Specialists works with recreational vehicles every day after they leave the factory. We see how products perform after thousands of miles of travel, years of owner use, weather exposure, dealership repairs, warranty claims, and real-world operating conditions.
That perspective provides valuable information that can help manufacturers improve product quality, reduce warranty costs, increase serviceability, and enhance the overall ownership experience.
Our goal is simple:
Build better RVs. Reduce warranty costs. Improve customer satisfaction.

Why Manufacturers Work With California RV Specialists
Some of the most valuable product feedback comes from the repair side of the industry.
Every day, our team evaluates real-world issues that develop after an RV leaves the production line, including:
- Repeating warranty concerns
- Manufacturing inconsistencies
- Installation-related failures
- Water intrusion
- Structural concerns
- Suspension and running gear issues
- Component failures
- Serviceability challenges
- Consumer ownership frustrations
- Dealer repair trends
These observations often identify opportunities that are difficult to recognize through production data alone.
Our objective is not to criticize manufacturing processes—it is to help improve them.
