In most cases these tank are all custom to your unit and as you can imagine can be a nightmare for an RV tech to repair or replace.
The Fresh Water Tank
A RV fresh water tank stores potable water. When you can’t hook up to city water, the tank provides you with an onboard water supply. How an RV fresh water system works the tank holds potable water used for faucets and the toilet in the RV. Sometimes the RV will have multiple tanks due to the size and layout of your unit.
The Gray Water Tank
The gray water, is the waste water that accumulates from the use of your sinks, shower and/or tub if you have one. Sometimes the RV will have multiple tanks due to the size and layout of your unit.
The Black Water Tank
The black tank holds all waste from your RV’s toilet, collects both liquids and solids, so caring for it is a bit different than your gray tank. In addition to human waste, the RV black tank also collects water used to flush the toilet, and of course, toilet paper.

This happens more often then you would think, there are a number of thing that can go wrong underneath the RV. Impact damage from road, debris, tire blow out, hold tank support fail, dump valves leaking, abs line failures, and tank rinse mishaps.
