At California RV Specialists, we’re not a dealership — we don’t sell RVs or push warranties.
Our focus is on customer pay, insurance, and extended warranty repairs, helping our customers maintain and enjoy the RVs they already own.
We’re growing fast and hiring for multiple positions — from entry-level apprentices to experienced RV technicians and support staff across all departments!
CURRENT OPENINGS
- RV Technicians – Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems of all types.
- RV Technician Apprentices – Entry-level hands-on training to build your skills and career.
- Hitch & Towing Technicians – Specialize in baseplates, tow bars, and brake systems.
- Maintenance Technicians – Focus on inspections, roof sealing, and general RV maintenance.
- RV Service Advisors – Assist customers with estimates, scheduling, and repair coordination.
- RV Parts Advisors – Help customers and technicians with the right parts, accessories, and inventory.
- Trainees for All Departments – Learn from experienced mentors and grow within the company.
- General Labor / Helpers – Support the team with shop duties and upkeep.
- Lot Porters & Forklift Operators – Move RVs safely on the lot and assist with setup.
PAY & BENEFITS
- Entry-Level Pay: $16.50–$24/hr + monthly bonuses ($250–$750)
- Experienced Technician Pay: $28–$34/hr + monthly bonuses ($500–$1,500)
- 401(k) Plan + 2 Weeks Paid Time Off after qualifying period

- No Tools Required to Start — we’ll help you get set up!

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll learn to diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain all types of RVs and trailers.
Types of Units:
Motorhomes, Fifth Wheels, Travel Trailers, Toy Haulers, Horse & Utility Trailers, Tow Vehicles, and more.
Brands We Service:
Alliance, Brinkley, Coachmen, Dutchmen, Fleetwood, Forest River, Grand Design, Jayco, Keystone, Newmar, Outdoors RV, Winnebago, and more.
(Note: We no longer accept RVs built before 2005 without a pre-inspection.)

- LP Gas Systems
- 12V DC & 110V AC Electrical
- Hydraulics & Leveling Systems
- HVAC, Plumbing & Slide-Outs
- Cabinetry, Flooring & Interior Repairs
- Towing & Suspension Upgrades
- Solar, Inverters, WiFi & Connectivity
- Generators, Awnings, Toppers, Roofing & Body Work

SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent (students still in school welcome!)
- Valid driver’s license
- Pride in workmanship and a positive attitude
- Desire for long-term growth and teamwork

TRAINING & GROWTH
We provide in-house and vendor-sponsored training, giving you the tools and education to succeed in the RV industry. Whether you’re starting as an apprentice or joining as a skilled technician, we’ll help you advance and refine your craft.
