- Entry-Level Pay: $16.50–$24/hr + monthly bonuses ($250–$750)

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN AND WORK ON
As an RV Technician Apprentice, you’ll receive hands-on training to inspect, diagnose, and repair a wide range of RV systems and components.
Types of Units:
Motorhomes, Fifth Wheels, Travel Trailers, Toy Haulers, Horse & Utility Trailers, Tow Vehicles, and more.
Brands We Service:
Alliance, Brinkley, Coachmen, Dutchmen, Fleetwood, Forest River, Grand Design, Jayco, Keystone, Newmar, Outdoors RV, Winnebago, and more.
(Note: We no longer accept RVs built before 2005 without a pre-inspection.)
Systems You’ll Work On:
- LP Gas Systems
- 12V DC & 110V AC Electrical
- Hydraulics & Leveling Systems
- HVAC, Plumbing & Slide-Outs
- Cabinetry, Flooring & Interior Repairs
- Towing & Suspension Upgrades
- Solar, Inverters, WiFi & Connectivity
- Generators, Awnings, Toppers, Roofing & Body Work
If you enjoy variety and want to master multiple trades, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your technical skills in a professional, supportive environment.
SCHEDULE
- Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent (students still in school are welcome)
- Valid driver’s license
- Pride in workmanship and a positive attitude
- Desire for long-term growth and teamwork
Please note: medical, dental, and life insurance are not currently offered.
TRAINING & GROWTH
We provide in-house and vendor-sponsored training, giving you the tools, mentorship, and education needed to succeed in the RV industry. Many of our apprentices advance to full technician roles as they develop their skills and experience.
