We’re growing and now hiring motivated individuals for the following RV repair and service positions:
- RV Technicians – Diagnose, repair, and maintain all major RV systems
- RV Technician Apprentices – Entry-level, hands-on training to start your RV career
- Hitch & Towing Technicians – Install baseplates, tow bars, brake systems, and towing accessories
- Maintenance Technicians – Handle roof sealing, inspections, and general RV maintenance
- RV Service Advisors – Assist customers with estimates, scheduling, and repair coordination
- RV Parts Advisors – Manage parts ordering, inventory, and customer support
- General Labor / Shop Helpers – Support technicians with daily operations
- Lot Porters & Forklift Operators – Move RVs safely around the facility and assist with lot organization

What You’ll Work On
As part of our team, you’ll work on a wide range of RVs and systems while learning valuable trade skills.
RV Types:
Motorhomes, Fifth Wheels, Travel Trailers, Toy Haulers, Horse Trailers, Utility Trailers, and Tow Vehicles.
Brands Serviced:
Alliance, Brinkley, Coachmen, Dutchmen, Fleetwood, Forest River, Grand Design, Jayco, Keystone, Newmar, Outdoors RV, Winnebago, and more.
(Note: We no longer accept RVs built before 2005 without a pre-inspection.)
Common RV Systems You’ll Service:
- Electrical: 12V DC & 110V AC systems
- LP Gas and plumbing systems
- Hydraulics and leveling systems
- HVAC, furnaces, and air conditioning
- Slide-outs, cabinetry, flooring, and interiors
- Solar, inverters, and Wi-Fi connectivity
- Suspension, axles, and towing upgrades
- Generators, awnings, toppers, roofing, and bodywork

Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Entry-Level Pay: $16.50–$24/hr + monthly bonuses ($250–$750)
- Experienced Technicians: $28–$34/hr + monthly bonuses ($500–$1,500)
- Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- 401(k) Retirement Plan and Paid Time Off after qualifying period
- Closed on Weekends and Major Holidays
- No Tools Required to Start – we’ll help you get equipped
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (students still in school welcome)
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and pride in workmanship
- Desire to learn and grow within the RV industry
- Dependable and team-oriented work ethic
